“PromProektStroy” (PPS) company was founded in 2009 and has been working quite successfully in the design and construction services market in Russia.

The main concept used to found PPS at that time was the development of a very flexible and dynamic organizational structure to solve a wide range of tasks in the design and construction industry. This one factor alone makes our company attractively different from other companies.  PPS has been able to successfully develop long term and trust based relationships with each client, regardless of size or location of the projects.

PPS serves primarily the Moscow and Moscow regional areas however PPS has successfully completed projects in Nizhny Novgorod, Veliky Novrorod, Ivanovo, Stary Oskol, Vyazniki and other locations in Russia.

PPS holds a SRO license issued by SRO APSK № 165 to perform all the requirements for a project as the General Contractor, including renovation and general construction works. Additionally PPS maintains special permits to do high construction works as well as construction works at hazardous sites like railway platforms and stations.
